Coopetition : Jurnal Ilmiah Manajemen (E-ISSN : 2615-4978, P-ISSN : 2086-4620) adalah jurnal ilmiah bidang manajemen yang diterbitkan oleh Program Studi Magister Manajemen, Institut Manajemen Koperasi Indonesia, yang semula dua kali dalam setahun, menjadi tiga kali dalam setahun yaitu bulan Maret, Juli dan Nopember. Abstract

Research on capital structure so far has often been studied in the context of large companies and there are still few studies that explain it in the context of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Not only that, research on capital structure has so far been dominated by research with a regression-based model and focuses on business characteristics, not individuals. In addition, the development of capital structure in Indonesia is also dominated by research from Java. This has become the author's interest in researching the capital structure of MSMEs in areas outside Java, more precisely in East Sumba Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province (NTT). By using quantitative descriptive data analysis techniques on 208 samples of actors as long as MSME owners in East Sumba Regency, the results show that the capital structure decision profile of MSME actors in East Sumba follows the pecking order theory pattern, where MSMEs prioritize internal funding over external funding. However, this theory is not the only one in explaining the profile of capital structure decisions, because the trade-off theory is also illustrated even though the percentage is small.

Abstract

Based on the consumption theory in Islam, moslems are not permissive consumers. All things regarding consumption are guided by Islamic law, where consumers are obliged to consume something that is halal and thayyib. Wardah is a halal cosmetic product which is a pioneer of halal cosmetic products in Indonesia. This research aims to determine the effect of Brand Awareness, Halal Label and Religiosity on the Purchase Decision of Halal Cosmetic Products (Study of Wardah Cosmetics Customers, Pekalongan City). This research is a quantitative research whose data source is primary data from Wardah cosmetic product customers in Pekalongan City. Samples were taken using the Accidental Sampling method with a sample size of 97 people and multiple linear regression was used as the method of analysis. The results of this research indicate that Brand Awareness partially has a significant effect on the Purchase Decision of Wardah cosmetics in Pekalongan City, but Halal Label and Religiosity partially have no significant effect on Wardah cosmetic purchasing decisions in Pekalongan City. Meanwhile, simultaneously Brand Awareness, Halal Label and Religiosity affect the Purchase Decision of Wardah cosmetics in Pekalongan City. The Adjusted R Square value of 0.106 indicates that the 10.6% increase in Wardah cosmetic purchasing decisions in Pekalongan City (Y) can be explained by independent variables, namely Brand Awareness, Halal Labels and Religiosity. While the remaining 89.4% is explained by other variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

The service quality of the Wedhatama Cooperative (KOPTAMA) is centered on efforts to fulfill the needs and desires of members and the provision of delivery to meet the expectations of members. Service quality depends on the ability of the service provider to consistently meet the expectations of members. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality on cooperative member satisfaction and its implications for member participation as debtors of the Wredatama Ngada Pension Cooperative. This study uses explanatory study methods (descriptive verification). The dimensions used in this study are Service Quality (SERVQUAL) (X) which consists of the variables Tangible (X1), Reliability (X2), Responsiveness (X3), Assurance (X4), and Empathy (X5) which are associated with Member satisfaction variables. (Y) and Member Participation variable (Z) using simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results show that there is significance influence between service quality variables (Tangible (X1), Reliability (X2), Responsiveness (X3), Assurance (X4) , and Empathy (X5) on member satisfaction and the effect of member satisfaction on member participation by 48.40%, while the remaining 51.6% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, kualitas produk, dan pemasaran relasional terhadap kepuasan nasabah Bank Bengkulu. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi adalah nasabah kredit Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil (CPNS) dan Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) daerah tahun 2020 pada Bank Bengkulu Kantor Cabang Pembantu Ipuh yang berjumlah 487 orang nasabah dan sampel berjumlah 220 orang. Data diolah dengan menggunakan program SPSS dengan regresi linear berganda. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner. Metode analisis data terdiri dari uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian: kualitas pelayanan, kualitas produk, dan pemasaran relasional berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan nasabah Bank Bengkulu Kantor Cabang Pembantu (KCP) Ipuh. Saran: kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan Bank Bengkulu Kantor Cabang Pembantu (KCP) Ipuh perlu ditingkatkan pada penambahan fasilitas ATM dengan dukungan jaringan yang lebih baik lagi, dalam upaya memperkuat pangsa pasar, manajemen Bank Bengkulu Kantor Cabang Pembantu (KCP) Ipuh harus terus meningkatkan inovasi produk perbankan dan pelayanan. Inovasi tersebut dapat dicerminkan pada performa kinerja layanan, kualitas produk, dan strategi pemasaran relasional yang lebih baik lagi, serta memperbanyak lagi gebyar hadiah dan undian sehingga menarik pelanggan/nasabah.

Abstract

This study is to analyze the influence of organizational culture and leadership style on the performance of civil servants  in Kalidoni sub-district, Palembang city with motivation as an intervening variable where the sample used is a saturated sample, namely all the population of civil servants in the Kalidoni sub-district working environment, amounting to 56 people as a sample. study. Meanwhile, in managing the data, the SPSS program is used with the path analysis method (path analysis). After analyzing the data, the results obtained are the results of the validity tests X1, X2, Y and Z obtained r table of 0.2656 < corrected item total correlations, from the results of reliability tests X1, X2, Y and Z Cronbach's Alpha values ​​in the range 0.801-0.920 > 0.60 so it can be said to be reliable. In the simultaneous test 29.467 is greater than f table 2.78 and the significance value (Sig.) 0.000 is smaller than 0.05 so it can be concluded that Organizational Culture and Leadership Style have a positive and significant effect on motivation simultaneously. The calculated f value of 16.375 is greater than f table 2.78 and the significance value (Sig.) 0.000 is smaller than 0.05, so it can be concluded that organizational culture, leadership style, and motivation have a positive and significant effect on performance simultaneously. Furthermore, the value of R2 in the first path analysis test is 0.527, indicating that the motivation variable is directly influenced by the organizational culture and leadership style variables, while the remaining (100%-52.7%) or 47.3% is influenced by other variables. With the R2 value in the second path analysis test of 0.491, it shows that the performance variable is directly influenced by organizational culture, leadership style, and motivation variables while the rest (100%-49.1%) or 50.9% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of macro economic variables, namely: exchange rate (exchange rate), interest rates for Bank Indonesia certificates (SBI), inflation and growth of gross domestic product (PPDB) on the Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG). The population in this study is the entire period of time since the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) was established, while the sample in this study is time series data for the period 2001 – 2020. Data collection techniques use documentation from monthly economic reports, IDX monthly statistics, reports from Bank Indonesia, the National Agency of Center for Statistics (BPS) and supporting data from books or several publications related to this research which are considered to be able to provide objective information through a network of websites. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the exchange rate has a significant effect on the JCI. The SBI interest rate has a significant effect on the JCI. Inflation has no significant effect on the JCI. PPDB has no significant effect on the JCI. Based on the results of the F test, it proves that the multiple linear regression model is feasible to use in this study (Goodness of Fit). The Adjusted R Square value of 0.848515 indicates that the Exchange Rate, SBI, Inflation, and PPDB variables have an effect of 84.8515% on the Composite Stock Price Index, while the rest is influenced by variables outside the study.

Abstract

Purpose- This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of the halal awareness variable on Indonesian Muslim consumers on purchasing decisions at Shopee with religiosity as a moderating variable. Design/Methodology/Approach – Using quantitative descriptive methods, this study analyzes responses to questionnaires distributed to 264 respondents from Indonesia. To prove this hypothesis, the data collected was analyzed by partial least squares (SEM-PLS) using SmartPLS. Findings – This research shows that the Halal Awareness variable has a significant and significant effect on product purchasing decisions at Shopee with religiosity as a moderating variable. This finding confirms that halal awareness and religiosity factors are very important in encouraging Muslim consumers in Indonesia to make decisions to purchase halal products at Shopee. Practical Implication – In order to improve purchasing decisions in buying halal products in e-commerce, especially Shopee. then the role of the government will be very necessary in socializing and re-promoting the concept of halal lifestyle, especially in buying online products in e-commerce optimally in various platforms, such as social media, seminars, workshops and several other media. Then, business actors in various fields of goods production with online and e-commerce sales media are also required to increase awareness to support and develop halal products by certifying halal products, halal labeling and seeing the importance of halal products to become one of the promising types of products. and sell well in the market and also safe for consumers. Originality/Value – This study is the first to examine the effect of halal awareness on purchasing decisions of Indonesian Muslim consumer products at Shopee with religiosity as a moderating variable. This study succeeded in revealing the strengths and weaknesses of religiosity in influencing halal awareness of product purchasing decisions at Shopee.

Abstract

The presence of social media allows researchers to consider new data collection and triangulation strategies. Positivist researchers take advantage of the internet's presence as a medium for collecting data. Meanwhile, interpretive qualitative researchers have not utilized the potential provided by social media to enrich data collection in order to deepen understanding of a topic being researched. By using the case of the effectiveness of the application of e-procurement in a district, the researcher conducted face-to-face interviews (offline) and also observed discussions on social media and content sharing about the implementation and use of government e-procurement in a district. This study uses an interpretative qualitative paradigm to describe how social media exchanges, uploads, and conversations can be used as a means of collecting data in interpretive qualitative research. The results of this study indicate that social media observation can be used as a research tool to increase understanding of a topic being studied and also as a triangulation medium. This study also proves that the use of social media in interpretive studies can reduce challenges in informant recruitment, access to research sites, and reduce bias in interviews. This research contributes to the understanding of a research topic using data from two environments.Keywords:Social media, interpretif study, e-procurement effectiveness, research paradigm

Abstract

Turnover intention is a subjective perception of employees to quit their current job with the aim of looking for other opportunities. Turnover intention must be considered so that it does not happen to the company. Factors that cause turnover intention to occur are job insecurity and work stress which are still not paid attention to by the company. This study aims to partially examine the effect of job insecurity and job stress on turnover intention of Gojek drivers in Salatiga. This research was conducted on 40 Gojek drivers. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires directly to Gojek drivers in Salatiga. The results of the study found that job insecurity had no effect on turnover intention but job stress had a significant effect on turnover intention. This is because the job insecurity experienced by the driver can be controlled properly so that it helps the driver in dealing with work stress and can minimize turnover intention.

Abstract

This research is entitled "Implementation of Supply Chain Management in the Cake Industry (Case Study at Eti Snack, Kalipucang)". The writing of this research is motivated by several obstacles that are often experienced by companies. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The respondents consisted of the owner and five employees. The results show that: the company has implemented a supply chain management system well, suppliers are the key for the company in the sustainability of the production of various kinds of cakes, accuracy in distribution and quality of raw materials affect cake production which has implications for the quality of consumer value, and distributors act as mediators in success. the company sells products mainly for pastries. For all of this, the company is expected to continuously improve its capabilities so that it has a sustainable competitive advantage.
